In 1956, in a garage in Jamestown, entrepreneurs, Tony & Evelyn Raffa, opened Jamestown Rubber Stamp Co. Initially, stamps were the only offering but later printing services were added. When his grandsons adopted the business in the early '00s, they expanded it even further, rebranding as JRSC Digital, offering commercial printing, large format printing, apparel decoration in a variety of methods, UV printing, laser engraving, rigid sign making, and yes, we still make rubber stamps! A sister division, JRSC Express, was also added, offering full service pack and ship services, on-demand printing, storage rental, and more.

716 Apparel Co. is the next step for us. With local demand growing for quality apparel with a quick turnaround, we wanted to offer a local choice to the southern tier. A place to shop online for apparel with a Western New York feel.

We utilize both our artists' creative brains, and ideas inspired by the southern tier community to create our designs. We welcome anyone to submit a design idea of their own. In addition to offering an online storefront and a new retail department at JRSC Express, all of our designs are available for local resellers to purchase and/or customize for their shop.
